Robert (Bob) Isaman has served on the Manufacturer’s Edge Board since August 2011. An accomplished international executive with over 27 years experience across several industries, Bob is an Operating Partner at Kohlberg & Company, LLC, a leading middle market private equity firm. Prior to this position, Bob was the CEO of Stolle Machinery Co., LLC, a portfolio company of GSO Capital Partners/ Blackstone Group private equity, a company officer and division president at Terex Corporation and, for over 22 years, a senior operating executive with United Technologies Corporation (UTC). In 2004, Bob was among the recipients of the People’s Republic of China’s Friendship Award, presented by the Premier of China. He also serves as vice-chair of the Advisory Board at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, and as a member of the Global Leadership Council at Colorado State University. Bob is a Lifetime Member of the Special Forces Association.
